DELIVERY POLICY

NEW ORDER PLACEMENT DEADLINES FOR DELIVERY.

 To ensure timely delivery please note the following order placement deadlines:
For Sunday/Monday delivery orders
from 8 am - 3 pm
must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Fridays.

For Thursday deliveries orders
from 3 pm - 7 pm
must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Wednesday.
Please be advised that orders received after the specified deadlines will be scheduled for the subsequent delivery day."

 

Delivery days of the week are: 

Choose a delivery day that works best for your schedule.  We deliver Sunday Monday & Wednesdays We will always text you when we are on our way to notify you.  If you won't be home, you can always leave a cooler outside with ice packs.

What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

Please leave a cooler or ice chest with ice packs out for us to place your meals so they stay fresh.

Can I freeze my meals?
You can certainly do so! However, it would take the freshness aspect of it. Our dishes will stay fresh and delicious for up to 5 days from receiving. All meals must be refrigerated upon delivery. Freeze within 3 days for optimal freshness.

Allow meals to thaw 24 hours before eating. After all, we don’t know how tasty our meals are frozen... 

 

How do I heat up my meals?

Just open the lid for ventilation and place it in the microwave for up to 2 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the food in an oven-safe dish and heat it up for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
